"So far so good. Mild complaints, wasn't told I'd be in a unit with carpet vs hardwood. Appliances are dated, no disposal a bit inconvenient. It's a very quiet community, can't hear my neighbors. Unit has great space. Nice facilities overall and ample parking. The dog park is small but serves the purpose. I like that it's gated, I feel safe here. Maintenance is good also! Handles things promptly. The price is high, but it's a nice place to live overall."

"Moving here from a different state, I wasn’t sure what to expect but since moving in have been pleased with my experience here. I have lived here going on 6 yrs & have no complaints. Any maintenance issues have been addressed within 24 hrs of submission, the grounds are well maintained & the office staff have always been pleasant/easy to work with. They keep residents informed on work being done around the property & have always promptly addressed any concerns I have brought up. With the housing market in Knoxville I was bracing for a huge price increase the last two yrs but have been pleasantly surprised each time at renewal. Although keeping in line with market value, they haven’t excessively increased prices like I’ve heard other places have. I am very happy here & highly recommend."

Never had any problems with the area, the office staff are always friendly and helpful, the townhouse I rented was very spacious and cheaper than other places I toured that were smaller. Any maintenance issues I had over the years were promptly fixed-usually the same day. I highly recommend these apartments!"
