"Average apartments I guess they're not the best but definitely not the worst. One concerning detail They have had two fires that we know of one of which burnt the building to the ground due to wiring issues"

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not only were they terrible to the tenants whose apartments burned down but continued to raise rent for others afterwards. Jo, in the front office, is incredibly rude and should not be working with the public. STAY AWAY"

"I've been a resident at WS since Dec. 1 and it has had it's ups and downs. Some of my move-in services, like internet were not prepared as it was supposed to be, which cost me at least en entire day of going back and fourth to Comcast and had to navigate myself. I do like the apartment itself and I am enjoying it, but the assistant manager, Stephanie Mitchell, is extremely rude and took this review from a 3 to a 1. There's no reason to be so combative. She's not fit for working with people. It's worth noting that I have had nothing but good experiences with the de facto manager, Jo."

"Been here for, going on 3 years now. Maintenance staff has always been very good. No complaints at all. Submitted three work orders yesterday to do some very minor repairs. The maintenance man came in the same day and knocked all three out at once. Thank you again!!!"

"First the rent has gone up from 900 to 1300 for an apartment not worth even half that. We currently live in a two bedroom, two bath. It seems like the kitchen appliances havent been updated in several decades, we have a fridge that hardly works and a stove with electrical problems, which is the reason for more than one apartment building burning down. The toilet situation is abysmal, low flow that you have to flush more than once no matter the situation. Oh and we can't forget the heavy mold in every vent throughout our unit. They renovated a building by adding on to the damaged and burned sections so i can't imagine that one is stable at all. While it isnt the worst place Ive been, between the faulty wiring and mold problem, I definitely wouldnt recommend it for families AT ALL. Live here at your own risk lol"
