"Any where you park, or walk, going upstairs, or down stairs this entire place smells like Marijuana. People in their cars smoking drugs every time I come here. Syringe in grass. Multiple overdoses. Hold your purse tightly and have someone with you at all times for protection. Washers always broken, gym equipment is never in working order. Won't replace broken blinds. Office staff are terrible to deal with. This is the projects with a dog wash and busted facilities, same class of tenants"
"This community is a wonderful place to call home, I don't understand the negative reviews, please don't go by them if you are considering becoming a resident. In my opinion, in Knoxville, this is a great place to live. It's in the city, but walking around the grounds, it doesn't feel like it. Everyone is so friendly and the views from the balcony are very nice. At night you can fall asleep to the sound of frogs in the distance and in the morning you wake up to the sound of birds. If you are a dog lover this place is for you, I don't think I have seen a larger dog park in a community before. When it comes time to clean your fur baby, they even have an indoor dog spa. It even makes me consider rescuing one from the nearest shelter. There's a great pool, tennis court, laundry facility, bbq grills and fitness center. All are very nice and clean just like the rest of the grounds. The community manager Diona Ray is a pleasure to deal with and any issues I have had, got handled within a day of me submitting them. The Maintenance techs, Alan and Chuck are great guys, the issues I have experienced have been fixed quickly and even when they couldn't fix it on the spot, they knocked on my door and updated me daily on when the issue would be fixed. All in all, this is a hidden gem in Knoxville and I'm very happy to call myself a resident."
"Update #2 property manager now has Ms Ciara Byrd who is an outside friend of Ms.Diona Ray harassing me. Ms. Latisha the regional is the only one who is willing to help these poor residents. UPDATE: Thank you for the generic fake reply as well as the fake and accusatory paperwork you have produced Your residents would like to know how you plan to address you Property manager Ms. Diona Ray. We would like and investigation into her practices on the property. After all we do pay her salary. Thank you so very very much and May God bless you and yours. ❤️ Landlord harassment and emotional distress and yet you still continue to let your property manager bully people. I have had past residents reach out to me after hearing how I've been treated with the same story. The same complaints and they were treated in the same way. Is this how you operate? Is this how your company feels it should treat the people who put food on your tables? If so I wish I would have known you didn't care and it was pointless to complain. It's a shame but I'll pray for all of you."
"Poor communication between management and residents. I moved out here at the end of my lease in 2021. They never contacted me regarding anything and I gave them a forwarding address. They sent me to collections without any notice what so ever. I thought I was texting with a staff member there about getting a roommate, but it was just an automated system. They don’t service anything much except for the lawn and pool area. It’s way overpriced for what it should be. I was patting around $750/mo to live there now units are going around $1000 die to inflation and new management."
"We are resigning our lease, we have absolutely loved living here. The maintenance team is always quick an efficient resolving any issues. Diona Ray in management is the absolute best! She is always very helpful an is continually working on improving the property. We are very fortunate to have her!"
