"The leasing office isn’t helpful at all and so very rude. We tried calling numerous times to get information in regards to future apartment listings. We were then told to go online and look ourselves and then she HUNG UP on us. I’ve never had to deal with a leasing office not wanting to help future residents. So unprofessional."

"Brance in the Leasing Office was such a help!! We were a walk-in, and he was just wrapping up a tour. He was such a peach, so professional, outgoing, and knowledgeable of the complex and surrounding areas. 10/10 recommend scheduling with Brance."

"This has been home for us since May of 2020. If you are ever looking for a long term “home” in the middle of everything, but feeling like you are far away from the city The Villas of Emerald Woods will be just that. It was always quiet and peaceful for us. We never really had to deal with the front office except for the initial move in application process, which was smooth for us. Anytime we needed maintenance work the guys were on it! Thank you for the memories, but we look forward to making many more in our new home."

"Thankfully I did not actually have to live in this complex but I wanted to leave a review for my application process. After meeting with the leasing agent, filling out the application, and paying the application fees, I was then asked question after question by email from the leasing agent. Instead of just requiring everything they need in the application, they ask for every document individually by email over the span of weeks. After weeks of communication with our leasing agent and countless documents and information submitted, our leasing agent then decided to advise us of the breed restrictions that they have and that our mixed breed dog would not be allowed. Having multiple opportunities to tell us of these restrictions, it is very frustrating that they waited until we gave them our money and all of our personal information. It’s sad that this community participates in such a cruel practice of restricting dogs simply based on their breed. Without even interacting or meeting my dog, who is the most reserved dog because he has already been physically mistreated by humans because of his breed as a puppy, they ban him from joining their community. I’m sure this is a welcoming community as long as you meet their “standards.”"

"Do not rent here. The leasing agents are completely incoherent, at least Madison is, and the manager is never available to be contacted. You will never get a straight answer from them. However, they will call you requesting documentation, just for you to make two more phone calls and confirm they received it. Then when you call back, they will say, “Oh I didn’t check my email before I called you.” They are completely unorganized and unfriendly to people with kids. You cannot get a straight answer from them. There are plenty of better places to rent than here. The property isn’t that great either. The owner is a control freak and basically doesn’t want you to even hang your own pictures in your home. He has to approve every single application and everything is done on his schedule so get ready to play a phone tag game for a month or two. I’m pretty sure he is violating many fair housing laws and is very neglectful."
