"Not a review on the property, yet, but a review on my first interaction with the leasing office. I spoke to Angie today, and let me tell you, Angie was FANTASTIC!! She was kind, she listened and was very helpful. I did not feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her, like so many leasing offices make people feel. Keeping my fingers that things work out, because if this interaction is a predecessor of how things would be living here, I am excited!"

"Worst place I've ever lived. Every single neighbor around us plays music so loud that it shakes our walls. Management won't do anything so I actually had to call a lawyer since they weren't abiding by their own rules that they have in the lease.... Maintenance takes months to respond to work orders and half the time they just close them out without doing anything. If anyone ends up moving into 3252, good luck... all your neighbors are terrible. Also, we pay WAY TOO MUCH to live in a 1BR with NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL and NO W/D HOOKUPS... seriously??? The only good thing about this community is the landscaping, they actually mow and clean up leaves on a regular basis."

"Awful place to live, water bill is extremely high every single month, it doesn't matter if you are not home for weeks ,you still get a water bill that will surprise you every month. Work orders are not taken care off, we had work orders put in the first day we moved in and at the end of this month we are moving out and still not taken care off. I would say to look for a different place. Office will always avoid you, avoid taking care of your problems, never ever did they show us a water bill to justify the monthly bill. Look elsewhere."

"If I could rate this place no stars I would! This place is not worth the price even on a good day. Looks nothing like the show apartment. Door frame is rotten and pools water underneath when it rains. If you can find outlets that work they may smell like they are about to catch fire. Had numerous major leaks coming from the walls flooding the halls lasting days (so god only knows how moldy inside the wall is). Our second bedroom window seal leaks water and now creating mold. Water seeps through the walls. Water has seeped from under the kitchen cabinets before. Air conditioning has gone out in the middle of summer and going on three days with it being 78+ degrees in the apartment. You can put in a maintenance request but no telling when they will get to you to fix any issues even if you rate the problems a very high priority. Not to mention for whatever reason randomly the mail was not being delivered to your mailbox for weeks and you had to pick it up in the office between a center time. There was no email or text this was happening or reason why. Laundry/mail room floors fill like you are going to fall through if you step in the right spot. Could go on for days If you have any other options when it comes to a place to move I recommend there and not here."

"Honestly wasn’t terrible living here but there were lots of issues with mold and water leaks. We were lucky and only had a couple minor water leaks and some cracks in the walls but people around us had their apartments flooded, mushrooms and mold growing in their closets, sinks randomly falling through, roaches, and balconies falling apart. The mail room / laundry room is pretty gross and several boards on the walkway to it were about to snap and fall through. Maintenance requests were hit or miss. We had a few good size branches snap and fall during storms. You get great water pressure but hardly any hot water. The amenities are pretty decent and they’ve been doing quite a few updates in the last year or so. Elizabeth in the office was excellent and really helped us a lot. Was always quick to help with whatever we needed. Starting rent has gone up a lot even in just the last few months, it’s honestly not worth paying that much to live here. The move out process went smoothly and they didn’t charge us for anything"
