Greystone Summit

"After being here a year, our experience has been generally pleasant. Recently we’ve been having a problem with residents not cleaning up after their pets. For the last few weeks, there have been no fewer than 20 piles of animal waste behind our building. Some of it is even on the sidewalk. We can’t take our dogs out on that side of the building and it’s been this way for weeks. We’ve contacted the office 5-6 times regarding this issue and each time they claim they’ll notify the groundskeeper to clean the area and each time the area remains untouched and filthy with waste. We mentioned the issue today and were told the area has been cleaned save for some tree roots. In fact, the area has not been cleaned and having 2 dogs ourselves we know the difference between poop and tree roots. While it is disgusting someone would leave their pets waste in the sidewalk, it could be easily fixed by management. What’s been so frustrating is that we’ve asked and asked over the last few weeks and for whatever reason they’re blowing us off and leaving the grounds filthy and unusable."

"Luxury apartments with great staff and community! The apartments are very sound proof as well as having luxury features. My one-bedroom apartment has 1075 sq. ft. We have monthly events like wine tasting, trivia, Octoberfest, and an awesome pool party in the summer. The amenities are amazing. The saltwater pool is resort style with lots of room to relax in the sun. Every building has a grill pad (space to grill) as well as a huge stainless steel gas grill at the pool. The fitness center is excellent. Not what you would expect at an apartment community. But what makes this place so great is the staff. They are friendly and respond quickly to any issues you may have. I have lived here almost 7 years and have loved it. I feel very safe here and that gives me peace of mind that allows me to relax."
