Crosswinds Condominiums

"my wife and I lived here here off and on for a little over 2 years (moved in, left and then came back a year later) and I gotta say, this place is pretty good area to live in. The people around us are nice and friendly, the walls are surprisingly thick with not a lot of noise traveling through, and the area is nice and safe. The second time we moved in did not go as smoothly as it could’ve been, but that was no one’s fault and there were quite a few other things going on that made it difficult, but crosswinds staff and management were there to help and fix anything and everything and were extremely helpful and kind during the initial move in. The only real negative is how old some of the units are. If you live in one of the 2 stories you’ll probably notice some creaks upstairs and we’ve noticed a few places where the molding around doors have started to splinter as well as some of the popcorn ceiling is starting to come off. It’s probably about time for some of the units to be really looked at, all of these things are minor, and for the price, can’t be beat. I’d give them a solid 4.5 outta 5"

"We have been here slightly over a month, and this place is wonderful. Highly recommended. Positives: Nice neighbors, families with kids, very clean and well-maintained, management and staff are super responsive, reasonable rates. Reserved parking right in front of your apartment. Negative: Airport noise morning and afternoon, all of its small aircraft - took about a week to get used to it. Also, residents rarely move out, so they have a waiting list."

"Moving out today, and I gotta say I wish I didn't have to. Extremely safe area, very friendly, very clean, and I had almost 0 psst problems. Every time I asked to get something fixed it was promptly. The main guys are awesome. Super smart and kind. The office is very nice and helpful. I moved from Cali to here and they were so accommodating. So car my move out has been as well. Got a job downtown Nashville and I can't do the commute anymore. Took the train but sick of it.now. Wish I could bring this apt with me. To prove it isn't a fake comment, here were my only negatives. Saw one medium sized spider in my tub in the entire year. That's amazing, only the one. My car and a few others were broken into last spring, nothing of mine was damaged or taken though lol. My showers during the winter have been rather cold, but I never asked them to look into it so that's on me lol. Amazing place if you wanna live in Lebanon. Thank you team!"

"The apartments are nice for what you pay, but the front office staff and maintenance men could be better. Besides one or two people, everyone I've had to deal with in the office has been rude to me and my fiance ever since we moved in over a year ago. They are very slow at fixing anything around your apartment, and if they do come out and fix it, don't be surprised if it isn't done very well at all. Not to fault he maintenance men as I have a feeling it isn't their fault that they're slow, I'm sure they have to get approval from someone. In our first apartment with them, the heater went out and we never go it fixed after calling them multiple times to let them know and leaving a voicemail on their emergency mailbox. As I said above, if you're looking for a cheap apartment complex with decent looking apartments, give them a shot, but if you want somewhere with friendly office staff and that will actually take care of issues with your apartment, look elsewhere."
