"Decent place to live. Residents and management are nice. Nice outdoor amenities. It's a pretty property, but be aware is cheaply built. Gross Residential does not put money into building quality apartments. The amenities, such as the refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are small and cheap. To add to another tenants review about the toilets, they have a low flow block and do not flush well. You actually spend more money for water having to flush repeatedly, not to mention the constant cleaning since they don't rinse well. Doors and windows are drafty causing a higher winter electric bill. I have a towel in backdoor to cut draft and keep blinds closed to block the cold. Additionally, the trash company arrives about 4:30 am daily (near building 100), including weekends, to dump trash bin. Very loud for those of us that still work and have to get up early. For now, I'll be staying since don't want to move again. But potential tenant needs to be aware of what is beyond the pretty property pictures. For the most part, I'm happy living here, but the above needs to be said since so many tenants are upper senior age and don't want to move again. And just found out on February 22, 2024 that tenants are not longer allowed to use the clubhouse for personal events. So I'm paying rent, but family or friends not allowed to use the clubhouse with me. But wait until summer time and every tenant will have their screaming grandchildren at the pool."

"We came by this morning to look at an apartment for my mother , The place is lovely! And they have Elevators!! The leasing consultant was amazing!! That woman is truly godsent. She knew exactly what she was talking about, she had an answer to every question she was very detail orientated, as well as very patient.I don’t see how this girl isn’t in the Real estate marketing yet! She is so precious. We had options to look at in different locations but thanks to her we will be applying for my mother next week on our first look. she could sell a pen to a pen company if she wanted too! "These are nice apartments in a nice complex with some good amenities. The one thing I don't like is that the toilets don't flush well. It's very annoying to have to flush multiple times to clear the bowl, so I don't think it ends up saving any water, if that's the purpose. There's a pool and a dog park. It's a nice area to walk around for mild exercise."
