"I went there 2 months ago and paid a deposit and ended up getting in somewhere else and they have yet to give me my refund for the deposit and they don’t want to answer the phone or emails . It’s been 2 WHOLE months . Worst service EVER ‼️ would not recommend"

"Terrible I would put 0 stars the people in the office are lying, thieves. They don't even know what their telling anyone. They tried to keep my deposit even when they didn't have an apartment to put me in and they promised a move in date that they couldn't give told me someone was moving out turned out to be an eviction unit. The lady wasn't evicted and everytime you call the assistant manager is a jerk. I 100% don't recommend going here take your time and money somewhere else. They claim to be leasing when they have nothing open. Don't fill out an application cause it's a waste of time and money. Mite as well flush it down the toilet. Worst experience ever."

"I have asked for the owner's contact info along with the supervisor over Danielle many times. I desperately need this info. When I call the number provided, the name of her supervisor is not on that directory. I am not going to post all my issues here, because I am trying to get this resolved. I have been paying this rediculous rent for going on 3 years! My rent is now $924. I pay all this money yet I get treated with no importance. Every time I defend myself I get threatened with eviction. I am a single mother and I refuse to continue to be backed into a corner."

"My friends live there. They say it's extremely difficult to get any maintenance repairs done. Every time I have used their toilet it has been lose and wobbly despite months of asking for it to be repaired. When my daughter moved out the inspection was done in her presence and papers signed saying stating all damages were from normal age and wear and tear. One year later she got a bill wanting her to pay for damages. She didn't take that lying down! She won too and didn't pay anything."
