"I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. I moved in in December 2022 and there is so much wrong with this apartment and it was so dirty. This place wasn’t renovated, it was splashed over with a little paint that’s already peeling off. Nothing was cleaned, the railing fell off to the stairs and no one will come fix it, the faucet on the tub is stripped out and keeps falling off. Screens are ripped out of the windows, cupboards were spray painted black and have huge drop marks all over, no knobs. Oven door doesn’t close all the way, refrigerator door is dropping and doesn’t seal. The attic roof is leaking all over our stuff. The windows are old and don’t keep the wind and cold out. Toilet doesn’t want to flush half the time. Broken door on my kids room that’s still not been changed. This place is a dump and isn’t worth $500 let alone almost $1600 a month. Maintenance doesn’t respond, I call the office every day and no one will answer and never return my call but expect their money to be on time. I can’t wait to get out of this ghetto project thrown together apartment."

"the outside is nice, a pretty quiet neighborhood, but don't let it fool you. the inside is not "renovated" like they say it is. the downstairs bathroom was down right disgusting. there was a film of some sort around the base of the toilet and a bug trap that was full of huge spiders. also i informed the lady i had a cat and she said he would need to be declawed to live there. what if i had a dog? a dog's nails would scratch up the floor more than a cat's ever would. how would you like it if i ripped out your nails? don't even waste your time. it's not even worth the visit to see the inside."
