"Used to be great then new management took over and raised our rent by 33%. We have been fighting them for 3 months now on our renters insurance. We pay for it through someone else and the apartment keeps charging us for not having insurance when we do and they have the information. I’m sick of fighting them every month for charges that shouldn’t even be there. You are forced to pay for trash service even if you are right next to the dumpster. They also have a pest fee and since it has been forced on us we have seen the pest people once. The rent is way too expensive for what you actually get. There is no central heating/cooling it is just wall units. You can find other places for the same price that have central air."

"I lived here almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. The community is lovely and really is a community. Maintenance is super fast in taking care of orders. Lastly, the apartment space itself is nice. Love the big closets!!!"

"Lived here for five or six years. For the price at the time, 950, it was fine. Now it’s 1400+ Fast forward. No central heat & air, just in wall units. They claim it’s a two bed, however it’s only one full bedroom, with an open loft bedroom upstairs with ONE full bath & a half bath downstairs. So if you’re wanting privacy or a traditional private bedroom, this is not the solution. Because of the open loft, the air/ heat never gets the upstairs cool or warm because the unit is right beside the open spaces in the loft. My air/ heat quite literally never shuts off because it never reaches temperature. In the summer, we rely on numerous fans & space heaters in the winter. They are remodeling SOME units. However, if you’re in one of the non remodeled units, you will still pay the higher price of the same. Neither model has hvac. You will be charged for pest control, for damage waivers without being asked, sewer & water, trash pickup you do not get to choose if you want…. They have a glitchy app (which if you pay by anything other than a checking account, you pay 20-30 processing fees) that doesn’t work half the time. When you finally get it to work, you will have messages letting you know they are coming into your apartment for “whatever work…” less than 24 hours before they do. Quite often you will get reminded how parking isn’t assigned…. Yet they ask you to notify them if you see vehicles you FEEL aren’t supposed to be there & report them. SORRY…. I don’t like spying on my neighbors. Parking is hit or miss. Depending on where you are, you may be fine…. Or you may have no where. The neighbors are generally chill. Some ends of the complex, you’ll have groups of kids hanging out in the roads or people blocking the road while they park. Management suggests using guest parking… but no where do they explain where or what that is. There are lots of vacant units now since the new management took over. Speaks volumes when before, it was pretty full. Do yourself a favor & find another complex that is justified by the amount you pay. Utility bills alone will kill any small benefit (location is about the only one I can find.) to these apartments."

"Although we’ve had many issues within our apartment, the maintenance tech, Bill, has done a great job helping take care of everything we need. We did not have a great experience with the office staff- but maintenance has been very helpful."
