"As someone that has lived here four years the pool isn’t open the full amount of summer it is supposed to be. Corporate is really good and I like them. The local office is hit or mis depending on the employees hired at that time. (It has changed a couple times in two years) You can have small dogs here or big dogs if they are emotional support I think. The rent continually goes up but I feel that’s anywhere this day and age. I’d have given it five stars but the pool always having issues or opening weeks late is a problem because you pay for that amenity. There is no gym here but most apt have washer dryer hook ups. It’s close to basically everything and can easily access Sam Ridley, or easily go a backroad and avoid it. I’m a retired cop from this town so I know first hand this complex never has a lot of crime problems. Not to say none or it can’t happen, but as a general rule for the many years I was a cop it has been very safe."
"There are a group of thieves that live here. Very Many cars broken into and vandalized that I know of, including one of my cars. From the 2 years I lived there I saw that it was almost always new tenants that get their cars broken into. Office people and maintenance people change every few months or so. I have to say that I’m thankful for the people in the beginning of my lease and and at the end of my lease. Those were the most pleasant to work with. Though, I Was very happy to finally get out of there because of the thieves."
"We lived here for 10 years. Angie was always nice and helped with anything we needed, maintenance or otherwise. Rent was also affordable. Before we moved out a police chase ended in front of our building, but otherwise no issues."
"This is not a good place to rent from. I repeatedly made complaints about a neighbor randomly screaming and two months after moving in his apartment catches fire. I got everyone out of the building and suffered smoke inhalation. No one from the office checked on any of the residents, they just renovated the apartment and rented it out again. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of my lease agreement and that request has not been fulfilled. I found another place to live and called the office on May 5th at 4:57pm and even though the day shouldn’t have been over no one was in the office so I left a voicemail stating I was leaving. 17 days later they call me saying my notice is insufficient and I will pay a penalty for moving out. They said they didn’t have proper contact information for me even though they called my phone. It doesn’t matter if you try to do things the right way or not these corporations that are renting to people will do anything for their money. And if you refuse to pay they put it on your credit preventing you from renting anywhere else. The two in the office right now are rude and they think the little power they got means they can treat you however they want and will antagonize you so they can flex their “muscles” and ruin your life. If you can rent anywhere else do it"
"Safe and crime free so far in a year. The garbage compactor is disgusting and the sidewalks are unwalkable cause vehicles park over them. Seems to be an unaddressed problem in TN along w picking up behind dogs."
