"Would give 0 stars if I could. They take your deposit at move out for "cleaning" when that is not told to you when you sign your lease, then they charge you for everything they can on top of taking your deposit. Awful company, awful apartments."

"Staff in not trained well, I was told that everything would be fine and apply on the website, after paying $50 dollar app fee, an hour later I was told that my application wouldn't be approved even before running it. The girl said "I'm new I didn't know" I told her it was her job to know and she replied "that's why I educated myself." Of course it was right after I paid them. That office is a fraud."

"I really like living here. It’s quiet, clean, and kind of tucked away from the noise of the main road. As some other reviews have mentioned, the rules are definitely enforced, but that’s a positive thing because it keeps the complex looking good. I have never had an issue with the office staff. They are always kind and responsive. I have mostly dealt with Eric and he’s great. Maybe the best part of living here though is the quality of the maintenance. At other places I have lived, the maintenance staff was a little grumpy (lol) and wasn’t very personable. Nick is awesome and usually gets things done the same day, or the next morning. He’s always super nice and positive, and he’s excellent at his job. So all that to say, it’s a great place to live and I’m happy with my experience."

"Just renewed our lease for a second year. Very professional management especially assistant manager Eric. We have had no complaints at all. Very clean and quiet complex. With quick responses to maintenance requests. We highly recommend this apartment complex."

"We recently moved in in February and we absolutely love it. The only complaint I have is the pool is not open yet. I know most places open memorial day but in Tennessee they should open at the beginning of May. Also I disagree with the patio rules but rules are rules. Maintenance is excellent and repairs are usually done in the same day or the next. I asked for them to come spray for spiders and it was done the same day as the request. Excellent!"
