"Should be ZERO stars after my experience. I have been to Eco Polish many times before but not after today... In the past I have never complained about the quality and would allow it to slide because of the kind staff members. After doing my own nails for many months, today I returned to the shop and asked for a simple almond shape gel manicure. I needed a few tips and I was willing to pay for a full set. The shape end result was horrible even after I had to ask many times for the nail tech (I did not get his name) to fix them. They are all uneven and my two hands look nothing alike. Every time I asked for him to fix something I would receive attitude. Just like others have mentioned in their reviews, I could tell the employees were talking about my "complaining" and they would come stand over me and watch. At the end he had me wash my hands and told me that I was done. Like I said, I have been there many times, sol I know they usually put lotion on your hands along with many other parts of the service that he just decided not to do. I am so beyond disappointed in how I was treated and not to mention the quality of my nails for the amount that it costs. I told who I believe to be the manager very quietly and without causing a scene that I had been there many times but did not plan on going back after that. He proceeded to ignore what I said, asked for my money and if I wanted to leave a tip. I only left $5 but I honestly regret even doing that. It is NOT okay for that kind of treatment when I was being extremely kind/patient and only asking for a decent quality job for the expensive price they expect you to pay."

"I had a great experience my first time visiting this place and returned to get a fill for my almond nails. The nail tech immediately started to clip most of the nail and proceeded to shape them square . Considering that I had asked for a fill I assumed she understood I wanted to keep the shape, however she started to shape the nails without consulting me I then let her know I didn’t not want them square I wanted them almond just like I had them. She tried to round off the tips however it did not look like what I had originally wanted. I let her know and she tried to pop off my nails with another spare nail and mentioned she would re-do them . I had to stop her as this was extremely painful and could potentially damage my own nail. Ended up waking out with my nails worse than what I came in with . Extremely frustrating and unprofessional, will not be returning."

"I have been going for about a year to Eco Polish, even when they haven’t done a perfect job, I’ve kept going, even when she ruined my natural finger nails with a grinder, and I’ve been waiting for them to grow. I’ve been seeing Emily. Today was the last straw. She ground off my gel nail polish, and couldn’t be bothered to clean it all off so she just left it and tried to paint over it, like I wouldn’t see it. Clearly if I can see it, she can see it being that close to my feet. I’m so pissed, but I didn’t want her to fix them. I just paid, didn’t tip and told them it’s the last time. The shop was nice when it was downtown and now it’s not. Lastly, don’t try to get an appt online for the time you want, they text me every time to change the time I chose. Why offer online booking?"
