"I have been living at Vintage Franklin for 2 months! I have an office/den in my apartment which makes it great for my remote work. It is nice and convenient to live in a beautiful apartment that has all of the amenities including a big beautiful pool, firepits, pool table, gym and exercise room and a huge Club Room! There was much detail put into the overall planning and design of the Vintage Franklin community. On top of that, the customer service that I receive has been top notch and the staff is quick to respond to inquiries. Everyone has been welcoming and very friendly, including the other residents. Overall, a wonderful place to live."

"We love living at Vintage Franklin Apartments! The staff is excellent and have been so helpful and friendly. The location is ideal. Publix, Home Depot, Aldi, Hobby Lobby are very close as well as numerous restaurants. We enjoy walking the dog in the green space and get to watch deer graze in the evenings from our balcony. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cleaner, safe place to spend our time."

"Living at Vintage Franklin is a wonderful experience! The apartment is spacious with green belt views from the balcony. The club room is beautiful and comfortable with private workspaces and areas to meet neighbors and relax. The pool feels like a resort with music, cabanas and fire pits. The absolute best part of the complex is Casey and his staff of Hayley and Zach. They are so helpful and give the place a warm, community vibe. Cody, the facility manager is also fantastic with his quick response to our inquiries. My husband and I are so happy we chose Vintage Franklin!"
