"Easily the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. We decided against renewing our lease because the rent went up, but I will still recommend living here if it's within your budget. Pros: -Allison is the most genuine, goodhearted property manager I have ever had the pleasure of leasing from. -Excellent location. Walking distance to Kroger and the Franklin Square. -Affordable for Franklin. Rent has gone up since I lived here, but it's still a lot more bang for your buck than other apartments in the area. -Excellent pest control. The only insects I ever found inside were the occasional spider (which I confirmed were not brown recluses). This was a relief since our apartment was directly in front of a huge tree and our windows were often open. Not a single roach or silverfish the entire duration of our lease. Cons: -Noise from thin walls, children playing outside, and cars driving WAY too fast down Magnolia Drive. Our previous apartment was in the college area of Murfreesboro so this wasn't a major concern for us, but I know it might be an issue for other people."

"My husband and I have had a great experience moving to Sussex Downs. Allison, the manager has been kind and resourceful. Phillip, the maintenance person does a great job with a great attitude. The apartment has the type of extra's that make it feel like home such as wood floors, nice fixtures and an accent wall. We are happy to call Sussex Downs our new home!"
