"This place needs to work on cleanliness and customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor. One of the technicians, a guy, used the restroom, flushed the toilet, walked out. He obviously did not wash his hands. He then proceeded to pick his nose, wipe his hand on his jeans, and sat down to play on his phone. Thank God he wore gloves with the next client. I definitely will not be returning."

"I will never go back. I got a pedicure. The technician barely used the pumice stone. It was more of a gentle pass by. It was the La Croix of pumice stone rubs. The leg "massage" was hard and painful, and I was sure I was being interrogated for secrets. The tech barely nipped at my cuticles and just showed my toes the nail file in a spiteful tease. The only saving grace of the whole experience was the nail polish. The tech did a good job painting my nails. But if your idea of quality is a blasé pedicure with your tech making jokes in their mother tongue while making eye contact with you, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, avoid."

"I’ve been coming here for years and love them! It was so hard for me to find a place when I moved to Napa that does great almond shaped acrylics/pink and whites but they are phenomenal. Also amazing pedicures!"

"I was very disappointed last time I was there. The person doing my nail, was very rude. He hurt me several times. When he pulled my hand so hard, i said no. I stay calm, but it was too much. He did a bad nail job. He was on his phone the while time, which was not polite! I used to come here everything, but will never come back after this. I paid to get hurt and have and time..no thank you!"

"I love Orchid Nail Spa. No fuss or champagne nor glitters. Just good old, straight forward excellent nail care. My go to person is Fifi(not sure if I spelled her name correctly). I have difficult feet to pedicure. Lots of cried skin and ingrown at times. She gets it done every time nicely and quickly. The hot stones and massages are definitely bonuses for me."
