"Been living over here for awhile this year has been the roughest since they moved me in Mimosa. I don’t like that Ms Mary is gone because some of females in the office now do not care about anything, my car was stab by a (screwdriver). I reported to the police. And,the only way I can see the video of my car is if my detective rewinds it that’s ashamed. However, I am waiting. So, I have to take my car being vandalized because of haters and/or false accusations of what someone said so they vandalized my car. Then today I come outside to take some trash out I see trash thrown on my car pretty sure the people in the office won’t do anything about that either. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!!!!! THE FEMALES ARE CARELESS WITH THEIR EMOTIONS AND THEY LIKE BREAKING IN OR VANDALISM YOUR CAR. Not to mention dudes be walking around in skeet masks at 3am or 4am trying break in folks car. I want to see the footage of my car and I want to press charges and I am not letting up."

"I just moved from here 2weeks ago and i swear it's a horribl place to live. I got my car broken into and someone stole my car battery. This is an ongoing thing over there at these apartments. Every night it's 20 or more cars being broken into and nothing's Is being done about it. I swear to God when I 1st moved in my apartment there was sooooo many roaches. They say they spray your apartment but I promise it does not get rid of them roaches. N it was a lot of them. U hear gunshots every other day,Kids stay in the streets,running up n dwn the balcony super loud that my newborn could NEVER get any sleep. The walls are very thin to the point where u can hear your neighbors whole conversation. It's not a safe environment if u have a child or kids. Not to mention it's very dirty,trash everywhere, noise , police stay over there 24/8. This is not a place anyone would want to live. Please please please do n't move here ."

"I live in the apartments now. I been without A/C for three days going on four and they keep telling me there going to do it the next day this place has the worst management and staff."
