"I moved to Tennessee a little over a year ago and transferred my Hair Club contract from New Jersey to 800 South Gay Street, Knoxville Tennessee. I am very pleased with my current experiences at Hair Club. Chad is the first person who you will meet when you walk in. Chad has been extremely helpful to me setting up my appointments and changing them when needed, as well as helping me with purchasing products and always making me feel very comfortable while there. The manager of this location is Amanda. Amanda is an amazing manager. Just today she stopped everything that she was doing to explain the benefits of certain products that will help me with my thinning hair. Amanda even came in to show me, while in with my stylist, to show me how one particular product worked on my own hair. I was so impressed with the results of her demonstration, I purchased it when I left. Finally, my Stylist is Megan. There is not enough that I can say about Megan. She always has a smile on her face, and always makes me feel very comfortable and confident in her styling skills. She takes no shortcuts and always asks me if I am happy with how she is cutting and styling my hair. Megan is a true professional and takes great pride in her work. When she finishes styling my hair, she seems as happy, if not more happy, than I am. I would just like to say Thank You to Chad, Amanda and Megan for always helping to make my visits extremely pleasurable. I highly recommend this particular Hair Club to anyone who is interested in their services."

"I am new to hair systems - I just got my first one installed a little over a week ago after a multi year losing battle with hair loss induced by a biologic medication. It didn’t take me long to decide that this was the route for me after doing some research. I initially got a consult at Apollo which I have nothing bad to say about. My plans for having the system installed, however, did not go as planned as the systems I wanted were initially out of stock (not through Hair Club) and I was not able to do the installation at Apollo due to changes in my schedule. I needed last minute help and went to Hair Club to talk to someone and they came through for me. The manager, Amanda, has been nothing short of incredible along with the rest of the staff. She has gone significantly out of her way to not only help me get my system installed but also to teach my everything I need to know about maintaining, caring for, and doing my own maintenance of the system. I CANNOT state enough how amazing she has been. She has made me feel like a valued member, taken incredible care of me, and gone far above and beyond to make sure that I have been loved the results. I honestly did not expect the kind of service I have received when I walked in last week and so far they have made me an incredibly happy customer with nothing but positive things to say about all of the staff, their help, and their service. If I could personally give her a raise I would - it’s not often you find service anymore at the level that I have been provided. I’ll continue to come to Hair Club for my system needs and can’t recommend them enough!"

"I am not one to give businesses poor reviews and I certainly do not want this review to be viewed as "just another client complaining." I went to this center while traveling for a regular service. The stylist cut down the base by almost 50% (I did not request this) and it ruined the system. The stylist did not take responsibility. The stylist instead tried to blame it on my home hair club center. Another stylist came in the room to see what could be done. The second stylist's poor attitude actually made the whole experience that much worse. Additionally, the second stylist actually exposed technical challenges that this specific center needs to address. Be careful about the positive reviews given in such a short period of time. Many of the reviews are from employees, friends of employees, and allegedly non-Hairclub members that want you to think that the reviews are from actual real customers that have purchased and use Hairclub systems. Use of the center as a quick drop in for a quick color by non-members will not help actual hair club clients (especially out of town clients) make an informed decision."
