"Everyone is so friendly and kind and willing to help EXCEPT the lady who takes appointments for new patients! She is RUDE and IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF OR WORK WITH… I have called a least 5 times trying to get an appointment for someone else after bragging to them about how amazing this office is… I got a call back days later while I was in surgery. I left a message saying to call a different number due to my surgery and that went nowhere. I tried to call one more time today since it’s coming to the end of the day, and she confirmed that she tried to call me to set up that appointment but I didn’t answer. I told her AGAIN that I was in surgery the day she called. She got the other number AGAIN and said she’d call back when she had time. She was trying to leave early and didn’t have time to make the appointment she had other people to take care of…. If i wasn’t an established patient this would send me RUNNING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! SO SAD!!! IVE TRIED FOR TWO WEEKS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT…."

"All of my experiences with everyone at the practice have been absolutely positive. I rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Ellis is very friendly and professional. The nursing staff are top-notch. No complaints at all."

"Everyone here is amazing. Don’t listen to the others, I’m so thankful I chose to come here! I was going to Dr. Cox before he left and recently switched to Penny. Asia is amazing and always makes you laugh. They are both so delightful and amazing at what they do. I feel very comfortable coming here knowing that they are so thorough and well educated. I moved here from Indiana and was very nervous about finding a new PCP. They welcomed me with open arms and made the process seamless!"

"I am not going to say anything negative because we all have our bad days. And I will not judge the office as a whole without actually knowing everyone there. But on the positive side - Dr Cox and Nurse Asia were the Dynamic Duo. Hands down the best Dr/Nurse team I have ever encountered. Simply not enough stars available to rate them fairly. But with Dr Cox moving on to a new challenge, I still take my family there for Asia. She is totally worth it. But if the Dynamic Duo ever teams up again, I will follow them anywhere."

"7/11/2023: I am updating from a 1 star to a 3 star solely based on Dr. Ellis being accommodating and refilling my RX even though I can’t get into the office due to being without medical insurance until August after taking a new job. I’ve seen Dr. Ellis for a few years now. Not often, but the few times I’ve been, she’s been pleasant & seems to listen / understand. Her nurse used to be pleasant to work with, however, I think she may have a different one than I’ve previously dealt with. After a very brief phone conversation with her nurse on Wednesday, I have decided not to return back to this office."
