"Brianna Carpenter, NP and her nurse Kristen are the best!!! I took my mom, who is from Ukraine, to them and these ladies gave her absolutely fantastic care! VERY knowledgeable, kind, sweet, and caring ladies. My mom had tons of issues and Ms. Brianna addressed EVERYTHING! I can't imagine better Provider for my mom! MERRY Christmas ladies and all the employees of this office! You all are wonderful people!"

"I called today to see Dr. Shutt and was told I'm NOT one of their patients there!! I'm a healthy person and don't go to the doctor "just because" and since I haven't been there in three years they just took me off of their list - I was told by the hateful woman who answered "that's just the way they do it if you don't come in every year". I told her I get my regular check ups and always have my records sent to Dr. Shutt - she again told me I am NOT a patient there and they are NOT taking new patients and I will need to find a new doctor!!! She again told me "we are NOT taking new patients you will need to find a new doctor and it's not up to Dr. Shutt that's the office manager's decision!" The whole time there was a sign out front saying "Now Accepting New Patients" WOW!!! Update: Dr. Shutt is no longer at this terrible office he is now in Halls in a much nicer facility."

"Haven't even had first visit and experience has been atrocious. First day I went to get paperwork that has to be filled out before first visit. Noone ever came to reception window. Called back later and was told I should have knocked on glass. When I did return paperwork, was told someone would call me to make appointment. After 4 days of not hearing from anyone I made contact and was told it would PROBABLY be one day next week. I've never heard of anything like this in my life. The receptionist seems smug and I don't this office is going to be a good fit."

"Can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at my first appointment with this group! Jordan greeted & checked me in; Valerie Hill is my nurse practitioner, and Lisa checked me out and scheduled my next appointment. Jordan was helpful, friendly and pleasant. She had a smile on her face the moment I walked up to the window. I didn't wait but 10 minutes before I was called back. Valerie is so very friendly, very thorough, was familiar with my chart despite this being my first visit, and most importantly easy to talk to and willing to listen and give me all the time I needed. She made me feel very comfortable. This is not found often in the medical field!! And even on check out, Lisa was jovial and talkative making me feel like I had found the place to get all my medical care.
