"Took my wife there today, she can't swallow or eat for 4 days and the lady Dr. Told her she was fine take some Tylenol. She needs something done bad, she can hardly function. We have to pay cash and now we have to do something else. Lovely place."
"I'm a vet student, and I used to be a tech student as well. I know how a normal conversation should process. Today, I experienced some severe period cramp and I need to see a doctor to figure out what's going on. I'm sensitive to people's word tones and facial expression and stuff. When I walked in the lobby which kinds of like a waiting room area. Due to the housing or structure of the building, I don't where to sign in. So, one of the receptionists greet to me. But, since she is working with someone, I choose to get to a front desk that has nobody in the line. I don't know what I should say, and I just came out of some severe pain, so I was relunctant to speak up. And I have a soft voice. The receptionist who is wearing in red scrubs just stared at me and not saying a word. So, I speak up first:" is this the place to check in?" And she replied "Huh?" So I restate my words ," How can I check in?Do I need an appointment or something?" She passed me a form to ask me to fill out and she also said you need to sign in, so you don't miss your call or miss the line. I can't remember what exactly she said. But as I'm looking for a pen and a seat to fill out my information, she repeated in stronger tone and point to the sign in sheet and said, " You need to SIGN IN, so you don't miss ..." I'm not behaving rude or something, I'm just confused because I came from Michigan and the setting of every single clinic is different. How would she expect me to know everything? Are we not trained to be patient to customer? Are we not here to help the public? What is the problem here. I've never experienced something like that. I know language barrier is the thing. And our university is trying to be inclusive and helpful. This clinic is holding right around the campus. I wasn't expecting for a super awesome service but wasn't that too much negativity built up?"
"This was December 2021. Arrived at opening time, had to call five minutes after opening because door was locked, solely to verify online times were correct. I did not mind this; however, the woman working the front (who was clearly late) complained that there were already patients arriving loud enough for me to hear …. Very unprofessional and weird attitude to have for someone working in a medical environment. I felt sick and needed a note for work … ended up having the flu. Doctor was SUPER nice and professional, however I will not be visiting this clinic again because of how weird the woman in the front acted toward a patient wanting service. Not really a career to get into if you do not care about arriving on time; many other career options if you genuinely don’t care about the value of your work and treating people well."
"Went here and had the smoothest visit I have ever had at an urgent care. They were upfront about pricing, checked if that was the place for me to be, clean, quick, and efficient. The PA I saw was great and got me fixed up and on my way in no time. Very appreciative."
"If I could give more stars I would!!! I sat in the ER for over 12 hours Sunday and was still never seen! I called every place listed as a walk in and NONE would accept my insurance. This urgent care was my last hope. Not only did they take my insurance but they were amazing. From the receptionist to the nurse to the provider they were outstanding!!! I was in and out in less than an hour. They took time to actually listen to me and they came up with a game plan to get it resolved. I would recommend this place to anyone at all and have no worries knowing they would receive top notch care. Above and beyond impressed!!!"
