I spent two hours waiting only to be told I needed to come back another day once they had records and could do additional tests, that were already scheduled to be performed the day I was in office."

They gave me the wrong vaccine by accident, had me come in two days late into having a UTI, so I ended up in the hospital for Pylo, didn’t realize their medications weren’t updated months into my pregnancy, can barely keep track of their appointments that you have with them during pregnancy, and feel the need to throw you around Knoxville to their convenience for prenatal care without a bother to your own schedule or needs. I have tried to be more than patient, but I am at my breaking point with this group."
