"I am writing this review partly in response to previous reviews I have read by others. Understandably, from time to time, we all have probably had negative experiences from a medical office, health care worker, or otherwise, in some form or fashion; however, during these extremely tough times with the unexpected pandemic and stress we all are enduring, I want to express my thoughts and opinion about Gott Family Medical Clinic. I have been to both the Clinic and the Face Place, which Pamela Gott, FNP-BC is the ultimate example of professionalism, is very knowledgeable and extremely focused on what task or decisions she has before her; as one example, if she is having a conversation with a patient, whether in person or by Zoom, she is totally concentrating on what's best for that patient, and acts accordingly, totally devoting quality time and swift action to the given situation. She takes her profession very seriously and always wants to help others feel and look their best; one of her superior traits, she LISTENS to the needs and concerns of others. I know her to be very meticulous and thorough in everything she does, thus, the work of a perfectionist. Oftentimes, especially in the here and now, with our medical profession so overwhelmed, one should feel very blessed to have Pamela as a Provider of their care, whatever it may be. I have been there on many occasions for many services and am in the health care profession myself; the office is very professional, pristine cleanliness- strict protocol, while at the same time, makes you feel at home, safe and comfortable. If a controversial situation arises, I know Pamela would do her best, within reason, to resolve the issue. That is how she is. That is part of being a professional."

"Call to find a doctor for my kids and I after finding out our normal PCP no longer took kid. My insurance provider gave me this place as one of their providers called and got a very rude, noisy woman. She nosed in mine and my kids business but would NOT even give me the name of the doctor that was in their practice. By the time I got off the phone, I had decided if it was this bad now, I needed to go some where else. Sad that the staff ruins it before you even can see a doctor, especially when you need to."
