"I got lost trying to find the place. My maps app failed me. 3 times I called. And 3 times one of the staff tried to direct me. On the 3rd call a staff member stayed on the line with me until I finally got there. An hour late. Dr Maultz still squeezed me in.. I was never so happy to see a Doctor before!!!! This staff went up and beyond!!!"
"I’ve had a wonderful experience with Vanderbilt’s Digestive Disease Center in Franklin. Dr. Maltz, Claire Davis, and Amy have all treated me with great care and have worked hard to help me. They take the time to listen and do a great job thoroughly explaining. I trust their knowledge and capability to make the right decisions regarding my care, and also feel that they respect my feelings/opinions as the patient. Thanks for doing what you guys do!"
"After struggling for 5 years with GI issues I decided to try to get to the bottom of it. After looking over their website they looked like they had resources to help me. However my visit was with a NP and she saw me for 15min and was not interested in listening to my concerns. She just wanted to run tests and said we will discuss more after my test results. The results came back negative an no one called to followed up just sent me an email saying your results are negative and I could schedule a follow up if I felt like it was needed. They billed my insurance for a standard 45min visit with the doctor who I never saw. So for a 15min visit, 1 lab test, and no answers I am stuck paying them $470."
