"My child went for outpatient teen care. We were required to pay in full before services began. Ashton was very unprofessional. Cussing and talking about inappropriate things during the sessions. We called to complain and the manager apologized and said we would receive a full refund since “that wasn’t how they did business”. We have never received a refund and now nobody is answering our emails when we inquire about our refund. Total scam and waste of time."

"I went to this place in desperation I was robbed by gunpoint at my front door with my car stolen. So I have horrible PTSD which I have had my whole life. I can't sleep hardly eating I went here totally excited I got an appointment quick gave them my last 300$ I am an Uber driver my only source of income I'm having a hard time with no sleep or panic attacks and they didn't even prescribe a sleeping medication I'm crying in her office I was sent home with a phone number to call so I could hopefully get something to sleep . Extremely disappointed. Completely wasted my time and my last 300 now I couldn't even go anywhere else for help don't go here expecting too much help but an evaluation and a referral somewhere else. Some people only have a certain amount of money so they need to know right away that they're not going to get prescribed any type of medication that it's just an evaluation that they're charging you $300 for pretty much seems like a scam to refer you somewhere else because everything's about money"
