"I’ve been gone from the practice for a while but wanted to say when an office gives you a panic attack just trying to get stuff done because they all work from home even after the office opened, it’s a joke. Not sure how to pay my bill even still because they don’t answer the phone. And no, Omni, before you respond, I don’t want to email anyone and unless someone is going to call to take my payment, I don’t want a call either."
"Have had an unresolved issue that I have been trying to resolve since (July? June?) a while now. Any contact number or extension I have received will either not pick up, or their inbox is full from not answering other calls. It has caused me to have to quit therapy and medication cold turkey. The therapist and psychiatrist I was seeing were absolutely awesome! Would give 5 stars if it weren’t for having to handle the sudden lack of care."
"Felt attacked for trying to schedule an appointment. I understand it's a stressful time, but to get hostile for no apparent reason is making it hard for me to want to visit or try to get help through this business. I was transferred to a line that wasn't answered, and had a full mailbox. No big deal, I'll call later to try and get an appointment set up. Well, called about an hour later, and was put on with a someone who didn't want to hear it. I tried to explain that I called earlier to no answer, I wasn't trying to be rude but I guess they didn't take what I was saying very well. "I don't know what to tell you sir, I've called back all 24 calls that were missed, and I don't see you", in a quite rude response with scoffing or frustrated laughter. Again, I understand it's a stressful time, and health care work isn't easy by any means, but I don't think it's appropriate to have this attitude towards people looking for help. I may be taking it too hard, but really off putting and not sure if I want to go any further if this is I should expect with trying to seek help with this business. Sorry"
"Polite staff, easy to schedule appointments, caring & empathetic provider. Timothy Moss = A+. We are moving interstate and I'll miss them. Well ran establishment all around. They have several locations for convenience also. Franklin office is a convenient location with ample parking."
"Been going to the Nashville location for 3 yrs, for therapy and seeing a Physchologist . But my Dr. is booked 3wks out, no cancels when called daily, noting my medication running out in 2 wks. So. 2 wks later! Franklin location next w/ Dr. Kurt Moss. Some off questions asked to me and he recommended a sleep Med for nightmares. (I have narcolepsy). Also said it was a common Med, never heard of in 10 years I’ve been diagnosed. He mentioned he’d print out info, I decide. Yet got an RX. Well, I didn’t ask for it or sound at all interested, but nicely agreed to a ‘info print out’. That’s not worth my review and not my intention of doing so. This is. Day of my appt, a receptionist was there working but ever since NO ONE has returned to fill that position. Maybe she was a temp or fill in from a diff city? My insurance won’t approve my medicine that has now runout without A NURSE to pre-approve it. NO ONE answers the main line for Franklin. Messages DO NOT get returned at all. Nashville, same. Do not waste your time leaving voicemails or ‘messages’ to the receiptonist. Even Nashville receptionist failed to help in my case after speaking directly to. Anyone who has to ‘email a nurse IN HER OFFICE’ is bogus...WALK to the nurse and ask a simple question for a pre-authorization. It’s that simple. It does not and should not take 2+ full days of me calling on my days off, Walgreens, Franklin, Nashville, to assist myself for Lifecare. That is what employees get paid to do. This is CRAZY and totally unacceptable! I will be switching for sure. My ‘give people the benefit of the doubt first impression’ is out the window here. Lifecare in general used to be legit, something has happened to prevent that now. P’O’ed to say the least! How in the heck does a DR office run without customer service, filled job positions, medication refills or common courtesy? As a business owner.... It doesn’t!"
