"Su is the best nail artist I have been to. She is a perfectionist and an expert who always understands my vision and incorporates my ideas into the nail art. I frequent her spa and love the experience her team provides. All the services are rendered with a smiling face and utmost dedication in a serene ambience. Upon my request, she clicked these beautiful pictures of her exquisite Christmas design in a pleasing backdrop. In addition to that, Eyebrow & waxing always left my skin smooth, and Pedicures were relaxing with timed massages. Definitely recommend!!"

"Neo’s Nail Spa is my favorite nail place in the entire Bay Area. They’ve done my nails for my engagement party, baby showers, Halloween and everything in between. The result has always been beautiful and I receive tons of compliments. Su does my acrylic nails and nail design and is a GEM. She has great advice about what nail shape will look good with your hands, and her freestyle designs are gorgeous. I’ve gotten several pedicures with Loan. Absolutely wonderful woman and will give you every minute promised for those massages. Lisa has also been a wonderful manicurist and produces really pretty designs with foil. I cannot rave enough about this place. The inside is elegantly decorated and peaceful - great for relaxing after a hectic day. Make sure you book an appointment because they’re well-loved in the neighborhood and if you need a fast walk-in experience - Wednesday is your day."

"BBEEWWAARREE!!! The absolute WORST service I’ve had ever. I’ve been getting long acrylics for over a year so I am familiar with services and timing. I had a 10 am appointment for acrylic removal and a new set. the manager badgered me into trying to get a fill rather than a new set because she wanted to help me “save money” and because my “nails look good”. After going back and forth about wanting a new set and not a fill the staff finally agreed. It took 1 HOUR for my manicurist to remove my acrylics and prep my nails for the false tips. After my nails were bare, the manicurist kept on insisting on doing a dip nail instead of my requested acrylic new set. This went on for about 5 more minutes, insisting that it’s better for my nails. i do not care what is better for my nails, i want the service i requested. From there, it took an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES to apply 10 fake tips, no trim, just glue on my nails. After applying the tips, the manicurist proceeded to tell me i had to wait an addition 15-20 minutes for the acrylic tech to finish up with the acrylic set she was already working on. (which is why she wanted me to do the dip because she was unable to do acrylic) At this point, i called a different nail salon, explained my situation and luckily they had an available tech to help me in said dilemma. I told the manager i was leaving because her and her staff were SUPER unprofessional my badgering me into NOT removing my acrylics, arguing that i should get dip instead, and have me wait an addition 20 minutes despite having an appointment. not only that, they also charged me $30 for the “services” they did “complete”. I NEVER write reviews, but this place was SO BAD AN UNPROFESSIONAL I had to let others know."
