"I’m giving Great Clips a 1-star rating after today’s visit. My son’s haircut was uneven and noticeably shorter on one side. When I requested it to be corrected, the stylist, instead of professionally addressing the issue, became visibly upset and angry. She kind of pushed my son a bit when he was getting off the seat, which prompted me to tell her to not touch him in that manner. I strongly advise others to take caution, especially with kids."

Their behavior has come across as rude, and I feel there may be a bias against Indian customers like myself. These repeated incidents have been disheartening. "We came for hair cut at evergreen village sq salon. After all done. They informed they do not accept American express card. This was a bummer. They have no instruction mentioned anywhere. I had to call someone from home"
