Team is always also really nice in terms of helping with products and making sure if I’m not satisfied I can return products with no problem. Also they never run out of anything"

"Hairstylists there are not friendly and treat you like how much they can make off of you. They basically blow you off and don't want to help otherwise. The cashier's are much friendlier but the hairstylists (yes plural) attitude kill the customer service level."
"It's dirty and poorly stocked. I've been here several times, and am frustrated with the total lack of service. Unfortunately it's close to my home, so it's convenient. But after today's visit (see photos), I'm looking for a location closer to work! I was worried about buying anything from the Nyx area because it was so torn up it almost looked vandalized. When I asked if there was fresh stock in the back, the gal was clearly annoyed, and wouldn't go look."
