"Last minute stay in Pidgon Forge as no rooms were available. Ended up here, the room was baren no dresser, just a little small side table. King size hard bed. No light just ones on the side of the bed. The room was clean. I can say that! Ac was either cold or off.. seems like the control on the temperature wasn't working right. No other room was available. The front desk was very friendly. I appreciated his kindness. Same as the morning staff."

"They had two swimming pools that were not open due to health Hazards and my granddaughter was disappointed that we did not have a swimming pool. The rooms are dark and dated . They were clean. They only clean their rooms at your checkout date. But I'll never allow a nice motel."

"The girl at the front desk was very nice and apologetic for everything. The room was nasty. Pubs in the tub, weird smell, floor sandy and a film on the bathroom counter. TP was half used and never replaced, and there was no soap in the room nor any available at front desk. The girl said they were out. Also, no dresser in room, and only had one light between the beds that worked. Was offered another room, but was told tv didn't work. Wasn't paying $100 for a filthy room nor somewhere without tv. Side note, another review said the ice machine wasn't working 2 weeks prior, and it's still not working. 2 weeks is plenty of time to fix an ice machine. Clearly owners don't care"

"Room was ok. That’s it…ok. No trash can. No ice bucket not that it would have mattered ice machine was running but would not dispense ice. Girl in office was snotty every time we asked for something that should be in our room like more towels since there was 3 people and only 2 towels. Our bathroom randomly flooded. Day two morning there was baby cockroaches in the bath tub. No coffee maker although there was coffee supplies in the room. I have stayed in a lot better like a lot lot better $50 hotels out on the road driving. Getting out of there on to the 3 lane road during the day is hell. (Not there fault just sucks). Bottom line… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"
