"The best thing about this place was the price. We knew the hotel had been renovated since we last stayed, but wow, what a let down!! We refused to shower, gross! Everything was unplugged - lights, micro, alarm clock, TV, what looked like someone's left behind direct TV box. Now I understand why the lights were unplugged. The floor was clean, it smelled clean, no bugs that we could detect. But the bathroom was gross. Floor dirty, the corners were just nasty. The shower was a nightmare. Instead of buying new tub inserts, they very cheaply painted over the old tubs. This is NOT the renovation we were hoping for. The desk chair was broken, and there was very visibly a fire there at some point, because there were black smoke stains on the door and wall!! We will never stay here again!?"

"We stayed overnight on the way home to Chicago. When we wanted to shower and use the washroom we realized we couldn't because the people upstairs were showering and our ceiling was leaking water bad. Since it was very late at night, we waited until morning to let them know. I even took a video of it happening in case and it shows it better, pictures are hard to see the clear water dropping from the ceiling. It wet the whole bathroom floor and some towels by the tub. I told them about it and they STILL charged me FULL price. So if you want to spend a night in a place that has leaky ceilings,nasty bathrooms and pay about 100 bucks then you can choose this. This was our last visit to this hotel."

"staff was nice, breakfast was ok, beds were comfy..but rooms were disgusting! Used tissue still on the floor, and 2 cockroaches ran across my desk while eating with 1 of them climbing into my drink..Absolutely disgusting. When i went to the front desk that morning and asked for a full refund, I was told to email the GM. After 3 days now still no response.."

"This place has gone down hill. We use to stay here and it was great, but not anymore. I wouldn't let my dogs stay here. Rooms are not clean, it like they just make up the beds between guests and not change them. They are way overpriced, especially for what you get. We stayed here September 2 & 3, 2023. First day no hot water, and commode filling up to the overflow stage. We informed the lady at the front desk only to be treated rudely and told we were not turning the knob correctly. We had to go that day and night with no hot water, next day I go to front desk and inform a different lady of the issues, again treated rudely, and she said she would put a note for maintenance. We were not the only ones complaining of the issues there, others had no water in commodes, and no hot water. The breakfast they have is pitiful, better walk next door to McDonald's or go across the street to IHOP. Needless to say we will never stay here again and are advising everyone to stay away. There is way to many other hotels to stay at."

"My family visited Dollywood this weekend and we literally ONLY wanted a safe, clean place to sleep without spending too much. This hotel fit the bill perfectly! The dresser was a little beat up and the bathtub was clearly older but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was perfect, and a light breakfast was even included. I would definitely stay here again!"
