"If I could leave 0 starts I would. The way I was treated tonight has been one of the worst customer service experience in my life EVER. They did not give us a room that we had a reservation for since they did not have a pet friendly room available and on their website it did not say some of the rooms are pet friendly, it just says pet friendly. We drove 8 hours to this location to have a nice vacation only to be encountered with employees who simply did not want to help regardless of us needing a place to stay and no rooms available in the area. The manager was unbelievably and disgustingly unprofessional. I have never seen a manager treat anyone like this and we ended up with no place to stay, 8 hours away from home. The manager should not be in charge or even work in a field where customer service is always being exercised. She yelled at me, told me to shut up and leave her property, no questions asked simply because she wanted to. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The front desk person was not even to trying to help us either. The website should specify that there is a possibility you could not get a room that is pet friendly leading you to have no room whatsoever. I will never come back to this location. That manager should be ashamed of herself. I come from a third world country and I have never been treated with such low empathy or left with no reservation in a city 8 hours away from home on top of no rooms available on the area, I expected at least help from the front desk person to even provide us with a secondary option at a different location and she simply decided not to. The whole staff is extremely unprofessional, they should not be working in customer service. The owner should be extremely ashamed of having such an incompetent manager that yells to people instead of trying to help them. I hope she gets fired. We had CHILDREN with us and they did not care."

"This is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in, first off, the pull out couch bed was shredded with brown stains covering it, springs are almost ripping through the mattress, the carpets left my socks completely black, the tub is stained and grimey. Secondly, I went to the front desk to ask for an extra set of sheets and one pillow and they said they had none to give? There was hardly anyone staying here as it is. The front desk lady was so rude when telling me there were no sheets. There’s also no wifi for me to do my work and contact family. Terrible spot to get service anyways. The sink counter was covered in ants and got in my child’s formula, got in our makeup and soap bags. Lastly, i got bit by multiple spiders while sleeping, along with the heater breaking and not turning back on. The bolt lock on the door is broken off so we had to put a chair under the door handle due to someone trying to come in our room at 4am. I absolutely hate this hotel and i will never stay here again."

"Great place with two pools, one indoors with a hot tub and one outdoors with a 1ft kiddie pool. Nice big suite room. Patios and chairs outside the room was nice. Hot contental breakfast was alright, should get there earlier than we did. Overall really pleased with our stay"

"As long as you are okay with the room needing a bit of paint and maintenance, this is your spot. The rooms are clean enough. Cleaning bedding and tub, sinks, and toilet. Just like with any hotel, the floors need to be carpet cleaned. The phone was filthy. They need to paint and do light maintenance on the room. But for the price, you can't beat it. Customer service was great, we had everything we needed. We even extended our stay seamlessly. The breakfast is bomb. The pools are awesome, clean and plenty of room. We loved the hot tub, our kids played volleyball in the pool every night. The location is awesome. Sevierville has a ton do to and eat and it's within 30 mins of pigeon forge. Smokey mountain knife works within 5 mins. Would definitely stay here again. For a family of 6, they gave us a room with 3 beds for the same price. Awesome. Also was so pleasantly surprised with the very nice other patrons we met all week long. Everyone is so friendly. Save money, stay here!"

"Rooms are dated and need repairs such as ceilings, carpets, and moldy a/c units. I removed the filters and washed them out. The carpet, well, let's just say dont walk around in socks or bare feet. They will be black . The whirlpool tub in our suite had a nice dark ring around it. Didn't use it. The ceiling was coming down where it looked like the roof had leaked(3rd floor) but at least not over the bed. Elevator had a mind of its own as well as the ice machines on the upper floors . Long walk to the bottom and back. I did not complain to the front desk since they had more complaints than they could handle it seemed. It was the hottest weekend they had experienced in years. Bed was comfortable, ac was fairly cold, everything worked in the room that we used. The toilet must be for very small and short people as well as the bathroom size. Breakfast was decent, but be on time! Pools looked clean as well as the outdoor areas. They advertised no smoking, but people are smoking on balcony and around the property, including employees. I would stay here in a pinch but not an advanced booking where I had a choice. This is just our honest opinion of the property."
