"I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff, especially Shaq, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and set a fantastic tone for our stay. The room exceeded our expectations; the amenities and artistic atmosphere were exactly what we had hoped for and more. The downtown location is ideal for walking to nightlife, restaurants and day shopping. Valet parking on-site is affordable, or public parking is safe and accessible next door. Thank you to the entire team at The Oliver Hotel for making our stay stylish and unforgettable!"

"We stayed at the Oliver during our Fall Colors trip 10-22 and it was a delight, one of the highlights of our trip since, unfortunately, there were not many "Fall Colors". The Oliver is a fun little boutique-y hotel with wonderful surprises. Would highly recommend it."

"We had the best trip for the 1 night we were there. Location and the room was amazing! We loved the 17 ft ceilings and windows. The king bed was comfortable and my favorite was the bath products from the hand soap and lotion to the shower bath wash, shampoo and conditioner, all from the same brand made exclusively for the Oliver. We will stay again!"

"I understand what you get with a boutique style hotel. However, the cleanliness was terrible. We pulled out the sofa bed and there was food and who knows what. The mattress cover was the grossest thing I’ve seen and below on the floor, garbage. The sink was filthy, the floors were dirty. Found pills in the corner of the bathroom among just dirt. It was just a really gross feeling. The bath mat was soaking wet when we checked in like it had been used. Ended up not being able to sleep on the pullout because we were too grossed out. Then one day housekeeping came and we asked them to come back in an hour because we were just finishing getting ready. Never came back at all. Went to the speakeasy, had to leave. So loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you. The staff was very kind though. Just needs a better cleaning for sure."

"I’m so happy my husband and I came across the Oliver hotel. We frequently travel up north to the mountains from Florida for several years now and this is one of the best and cutest hotels we ever stayed at! First of all ALL of the staff were above and beyond friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. A special shout-out to Chris who was working behind the counter! He helped us with our car and he was so friendly and made us laugh. Its so great when staff can be this friendly and warm. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. I LOVE the unique style of the hotel. Hands down the comfiest bed and pillows ever, and I am picky!!! I had a great nights sleep and wasn’t disturbed by any noises or anything at all. The shampoo/ conditioner and body wash they provide is absolutely incredible I would recommend selling it in the gift shop area! The snack and drink selection in the room was also amazing I really loved the apple seltzer. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant so I can’t speak on that however we did go to the hidden speakeasy and that was so cool! My drink was delicious and atmosphere was top notch! Everything about the experience was a dream and we can’t wait to come back for another amazing stay. Thank you to everyone at the Oliver hotel for making our time here so special!"
