"I went in over Presidents’ day weekend to look for a new queen mattress, we had just come across sleep outfitters while shopping at some of the other stores next door. Kim greeted us after we walked in and was so friendly but not pushy at all, she helped me find a mattress for my budget and also gave options that fit best for the way I sleep. I never felt rushed or pressured, she made sure I was really sure of the mattress I wanted to get. Overall the team that was working that day was so great and Kim gave us a great deal and was very clear with all the policies on returns/warrantes. Great experience and would definitely recommend to a friend!"
