"I didn't have my receipt fory return. The CSR called the manager who was very gracious and did some investigating online and was able to find the receipt. Kudos to excellent customer service!!"
"We enjoyed our shopping trip together. There was one particular male cashier that was absolutely incredible & took such great care of us, we were quite impressed with him! We had more shopping to do & went away feeling valued. ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ After we finished our other shopping there was an extremely, long wait in line & when it was our turn to be checked out the other male cashier that was due to take care of us was downright rude & started helping someone who wasn't even in line & the someone that he allowed to cut in front of us asked to cancel their transaction so they could go look at other things & afterwards that cashier told us to come on up, {at the same exact time the other cashier that was so wonderful to us was available & we quickly went to his register!!!}. The one cashier was absolutely marvelous & the other one was the extreme, exact opposite!!! We didn't let that one bad occurrence with the one rude & lacking cashier ruin our shopping trip. The great cashier that really knows how to treat his customers & who is doing such an awesome job made up for the awful behavior of the other one!!!"

"They took away our store in Huntsville, AL. I really enjoyed shopping there and now when I am in Tennessee I will always make sure I go by one. Y'all still have the best quality towels and washcloths. And that is what I bought the other day when I visited the store at Cool Springs."
