Our delivery crew was very courteous and professional. They made sure everything was set up properly and correctly. They were mindful of our home and other furnishings. I was impressed with receiving a visit from Ryan the logistics supervisor, such a lovely young lady very professional and caring to our needs. This was our first time shopping with American Signature and so far it has been such a great and wonderful experience. We are definitely continuing the relationship with the rest of our household needs. This a beyond a 5 start rating experience. Oh and the quality of the furniture is a GREAT value"

They were on time, friendly, respectful of my home and set up was perfect. From in store sales, customer service & delivery it was an A+++++! Thank you so much!! Jan 21 2023: Delivery of my bedroom set was fantastic. They arrived an hour before the delivery window I was given. I was shocked by that because I wasn’t home yet when they called to tell me they arrived. My delivery team was very friendly, very respectful, and thorough. They alerted me to a ding in the footboard wood but I accepted the furniture anyways, as it is pretty small, and not incredibly noticeable from a far. All the other furniture pieces arrived in great condition."
