"Would be 0 stars if I could give it... My wife was seen here yesterday for an MRA in preparation for her THIRD hand surgery for a condition she was diagnosed with over 18 years ago by a very experienced hand surgeon, Dr. Robert Ivy, MD there in Knoxville. Long story short, she was there for over 2.5 hours for a simple MRA... perhaps no fault of theirs as it is a rare condition. But the radiologist, Dr. Baker, was very condescending towards my wife, an Occupational Therapist. His notes back to Dr. Ivy were worded as if her condition was self-diagnosed and he could not verify the diagnosis. However, Dr. Ivy established the diagnosis almost 2 decades ago. It is baffling a radiologist would speak in a condescending manner toward another doctorate level health professional. And no need to respond to this review asking to call and talk directly to solve this issue. We will be recommending that Dr. Ivy's office not refer to your practice if you cannot respect your patients enough to listen to them or review their medical history."

"I had a GREAT experience here and pleasantly surprised. They got me back right on time, and it was very quick (I had a bone density scan). Both ladies I encountered were super friendly and professional. The best part was the signage they had directing you to the correct building! That was greatly appreciated! As far as cost, I can't speak on that. My services were covered by Veterans Affairs, so I will not see that bill. Which is another attribute of Abercrombie Radiology. Very few providers will work with the VA. So that speaks volumes in itself at their willingness to do so."
