"I stayed here for 3 nights. This place was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. When I checked in very late at 1am, I was greeted by a very alert and friendly gentleman. After a very long drive alone , it was very enjoyable talking to this man. We found out that we originally lived just hours from each other in canada. He was super nice. I was sad to not see him working again for the rest of my trip.. However ALL the staff were super nice. I was pleasantly surprised. It made my trip more more enjoyable to always see a smiling friendly face when I walked past the front desk.. They were very accommodating when I slept in the day of check out also. The only downfall I have of this place is there is no restaurant so I was pretty darn hungry alot. But there was a fridge and microwave which helped. And the other downfall was the wall are very thin. I listened to a woman with the worst cackle laugh for 4 hours.. Worst night sleep ever and then I had to drive 27 hours home exhausted. But people being inconsiderate was not the hotels fault. Because of their thin walls though it would been nice if they gave out or sold earplugs. Had I known this I would've brought some with me. Had it not been for the thin walls I would've given this place a 5 stars. Not that it's a 5 star place , but the value and staff made it for me."
"Since I didn't stay there, I can't rate it but I can't give a zero either. I reserved a room on 12/22/22 for the weekend of 01/27/23 - 1/30/22. The total charge of 235.50 cleared my account on 12/28/22. Image my surprise when I pulled up to the hotel and discovered it is closed for renovations! This left my scrambling to another place and of course I had to pay more for the new room. I was able with the help of a construction guy to speak to the manager of the hotel who said it would take care of it right away and refund my money. But, it was Friday so transferring releasing money, and such doesn't happen. So, I am patiently waiting to see if my money is going to be refunded. In the meantime, I don't think I'll be staying there again."
"If I could give a negative star review I would. From the time we pulled up until we checked out to leave we were constantly finding more and more issues with things. The building seriously doesn't look like its had any maintenance done to it in years. The covered entrance had boards that were severely rotted . The carpet in the halls were wrinkled and stained. The carpet in the room was stained and threadbare and torn with big patches of glue trying to hold it together. The chair that was in the room looked like it had been found sitting on the side of the road on trash pick up day and relocated to the room. The tub ,sink and toilet all looked like they had been victims of a drive-by caulking attack from the notorious idontknowhowtorepairabathroom gang. The amount of caulking just globbed everywhere was astonishing. The side door leading into the motel was literally rotted completely through with cardboard taped to the inside as a feeble attempt to keep stray cats and raccoons from just wandering in. When we went into the breakfast room the next morning we discovered some questionable fruits and random cereal and then discovered the milk was in a single normal one gallon milk jug requiring it to be passed around the guest like a collection plate in church at which time we decided to just leave and seek breakfast somewhere else. Had we not been pressed for time with such a busy schedule we would have canceled our reservation and went elsewhere to begin with. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone even if you're a virgin expecting your firstborn and the rest of the inns in town were full. I'd advise you to go find a stable, probably be better maintained."
"The morning front desk person was extremely nice. The afternoon front desk person was a total jerk. The room was semi clean. The walls were dirty, the sink leaked, the fan in the bathroom was totally disgusting. The bathtub was Rusty and needed a good cleaning. The window going to the outside space was basically white on the inside because the window had come apart and lat outside air and humidity turn the glass White. Lots of Maintenance needs to be done in this room. Lots of holes in the wall from previous pictures the shower curtain was ripped down and was not repaired properly. The room smelled very moldy. This is not a vacation rental and as far as myself it was a place to relax after a long day of work here. Even the carpet in the Halls are nasty and are not installed correctly. Spend some money to renovate please."
