"Late to both appointments & didn’t show up for one. We were 15 minutes early & waited 20 minutes pass the appointment time, then called. She lied & said she’s come by & no one was there. It’s up a stairway & down a narrow hallway & a seat in front of her door. Couldn’t miss us of you tried. She didn’t understand why we waited till 5:50 to call her. Um, our appointment was at 5:30. We gave her a grace period before calling. So unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes; but own it! No excuses. Lashes started falling off after 1 week. Still looked nice; but she charged for a full set, instead of a fill."

"Dream Lashes was extremely accommodating and did an excellent job applying my eyelashes. I just love them! A different salon applied a full set of eyelashes on Friday. They all fell off by Saturday. I am leaving town for a week on Tuesday. The technician who applied that set was not available on Saturday to fix them... or any other day before Tuesday. And, they told me they would have to charge me again for a full set when I got back in town a week later. (GRRRRR!!!) I called Dream Lashes at 4:20 pm on Saturday. They got me in at 4:45 pm and put a full set on. She did an excellent job. A day later, they are all still on... and I just love them. I will be going back to Dream Lashes for all of my fills."
