"I got a gift card and ordered a 3-wick candle from Bath & Body works. A week later it got delivered damaged (see picture). Unfortunate, but not a big deal, so I reached out to Customer Care. They put in a replacement order, which then got cancelled the following day. I reached out again and the same thing happened. At this point I was pretty fed up after having spent over an hour on this stuff (chatting with the representatives etc.), but I reached out again to see if they could order a different candle - one final attempt! The person 'helping' me was very unpleasant and unclear, and basically left me hanging. Such a bummer, this was supposed to be a nice gift. Definitely the first and last time I'll be ordering from B&B!"
