"Okay, I was having a bit of a rough weekend (which obviously going to Ulta is not going to fix), but I went to go treat myself to a lip gloss. Wow! The people working here were so incredibly kind--from the person who showed me different lip glosses to my cashier. I was shocked by everyone's kindness and helpfulness within the store. I never write reviews but have never been in this nice of an Ulta before."

"i ordered online & went to pick it up with the curbside feature. the mall has like almost 0 internet, so it took me like 10 minutes to get it to load. while i was trying to get it to load i see 2 workers staring at me through the stores window. like, uhm ok? then the lady with orange hair & glasses comes out & gave me such attitude. saying that i never gave them the description of my car. i said, “uh yes i did?!” it doesn’t even let me hit “i’m here” without typing my car info. i also was the only person in the curbside parking spots. she gave me such attitude saying that if i wanted to pick it up so bad i would come into the store & get it. like the whole point of me doing curbside is not wanting to go inside the store, duh."
