"Just left the store with an overall terrible experience. He said his name was Austin- he had glasses, dirty blonde hair & a short beard. Came up to us while we were browsing & said "what can i do for you?" to which my husband replied "howdy." he then repeated "WHAT can i do for you" smugly because we had not answered the question. I'm a top producing sales person & his whole approach was terrible. He asked me what I was looking for & I replied a medium to firm mattress & he replied sarcastically "That narrows it down a lot." So I went ahead & asked him if it was sarcastic to which he said "No it does narrow it down a lot" & looked to my husband to try to get him to agree that he wasn't sarcastic, but the tone in his voice the whole time said otherwise. We just came from the one down the road where Nate was working & had a great experience, just wanted to see if there were any different floor models... I wouldn't want Austin to receive the commission for the one we wanted, so l left. I was fully prepared to buy a mattress today. He also had made a comment about a floor model being 50% off to which I said I would never purchase a floor model & he said "I would, I like to save money." And i said I don't like that other people would've been on my bed & he replied snarkily with "Ever slept in a hotel?" Not the same comparison. I don't live in a hotel. Every comment was met with sarcasm, snarkiness and an icky pressure for a sale. 10/10 would not recommend this experience to anyone & it would be an excellent way to lose business. He was the sole reason I walked out without purchasing anything."
