"Be prepared to be stalked by asset protection the entire time you're here I guess. I used to love coming to target just to look at stuff when I'm feeling anxious but every time I come here I get followed around by security, it's very obvious and makes me uncomfortable. This never happens to me at any other store. I've never stolen from Target or anywhere else so I don't know what the deal is. Please just leave me alone. If I really look that suspicious just watch me on the camera at least. ETA: After reading some other reviews it seems like yall have a big problem with profiling people. Just because someone looks a certain way does not mean they're stealing and if yall are gonna hire/train people with that mindset... at least teach them to be more discrete so your customers don't feel so unwelcome in your store."

"My husband and I visited your establishment on January 6th at 5:30 pm the intention of purchasing a photo book to commemorate our son's first birthday preserve precious memories. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Firstly, we encountered difficulty as the staff seemed uninformed about the store layout, directing us to various locations without success. Additionally, our interaction with an employee named Alex was particularly unprofessional and involved unfair stereotyping. To elaborate, once we located the desired item, Alex proceeded to assist us in completing the purchase. However, during this process, he made an inappropriate comment suggesting that we needed to be closely monitored to prevent any theft. This remark left my husband and me feeling deeply offended. Consequently, we chose to return the item and seek a more welcoming atmosphere elsewhere, ultimately finding satisfaction at a Hallmark shop where the staff displayed genuine kindness and made us feel appreciated. Regrettably, we have no intention of revisiting your establishment in the future. It is important to note that we are sharing this feedback to shed light on our experience as African American customers. We hope that no one else encounters such unwarranted treatment, as it is both distressing and unacceptable"

"This is my first ever experience in an actual Target store and I have to say, I'm not disappointed! It has a selection of a little bit of everything, just like online! There were sooo many people there, so you just know it's awesome. I loved my experience there. I wasn't constantly hounded by employees asking me if I needed anything or if I'm finding everything ok, so that was a plus, and I did find everything I needed without hesitation without ever having stepped foot inside the place so you know it's easy to navigate. All in all I had a great shopping experience and I would for sure recommend for a quick trip though, be cautious of long lines, that's my only complaint."

"I returned an item to the store and opted to have my credit uploaded to a gift card. when I searched the store to purchase a specific item, I could not find it. When returning upfront I asked to have my money back so I can spend it at a different store because the item I wanted was not sold there anymore. I was not able to get my money back as requested. Please do not make the mistake I did in thinking that Target is reasonable. What I am describing took a total of about 10mins - never left the store, all this was done in the same visit. Management was unable to assist and corporate was unwilling to assist any further either. When you return something, make sure you see what you want in stock on the app or confirm with an associate 1st because they will not help you afterwards. My credit was a small amount, but please take heed because your credit could be much more than mine."
