"Past months here there has been nothing but issues one teacher seems very aggravated at my child she has yelled not knowing I was still by the door but before getting in the door good she seen my child she blew her breath as if she did not want to be bothered by him,she tied shoe laces around his ankles It was cutting his circulations and the director only cares about money and getting single parent in a relationship. It smells and dirty in a lot of places . My son supposedly hurt himself and there were no proof of cameras at the time being but there are cameras now that don't record only for viewing I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"First is the worse: Ceiling tiles are very Moldy EVERYWHERE (pictures). Children out numbered teachers beyond expectable ratio. Closer to 20:1(pictures). Your baby will sit in front of a tv while the teachers are on the phone. No child development: Teacher said they aren’t allowed to teach alphabets but they practice numbers. Decent teachers: they are nice but do not expect much from them other than a diaper change and a pencil-whipped/photo copied daily activity form. The good ones are gone. Director is manipulative and money hungry. His kids run around the facility, in and out of all the classrooms with runny noses, spreading germs. Let me help you out, find somewhere else. Your baby deserves it. There is a reason they are cheap. You get what you pay for."
"Generally great care providers. They are very understanding of dietary desires/needs. The potty training is good in Ms. Cathy’s class. The facility is always clean and neat. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. I haven’t had any payment issues, when I hand a check to Heather she always makes sure Patrick gets it. My child’s hands, face and diaper are always clean when I pick her up. My child does not cry when I drop her off as she does at other schools. Lastly, I LOVE the racial diversity."
"I worked at this daycare for two weeks. I was placed in the two-year toddler room. I was working with an employee that regularly hit and screamed at the children, she was always very aggressive with them. This concerned me deeply so I went to the director, Patrick, and was told he’d “talk to her” and she continued to hit the children until she hit my nephew! I immediately told his mother who called the police. The director still allows this woman to work here and take care of the children. There are many good people working in this daycare in the other rooms, amazing teachers. But poor management & one abusive teacher was plenty enough for me to have to remove my son from the daycare and quit."
"My kids went here for several months & I was happy until a teacher was allowed to push my son & got away with it. The daycare owner refused to have her removed, or discipline her. The police got involved and an investigation is underway. An eye witness is who relayed the message to me. There are no working cameras in the daycare. The daycare would be great if the teacher who did this would be punished. She’s also been seen yelling at kids, taking them to the bathroom for spankings & pushing kids. With my son she pushed him in the back of the head and fell forward. Another mother came and told me her son got milk maids elbow with no clear cause. He had to have his elbow put back in socket. My kids have a private sitter now."
