Finally got someone on the phone after making calls for over 30 minutes to be informed they have moved again to another location and the last two doctors that saw my child is no longer there. That is saying something really horrible about capstone. We will be finding another pediatric office. Please do not give them another dime. They should be shut down."

"I've been trying to get my sons medical records for 3 months now. I've called left messages. They either don't answer their phones or never return messages. My son's new Dr. Office has requested the records 3 times. They don't respond to them. The doctor's in this office are great. But really poor run medical practice."

"They have way too many patients for their drs. You wait for EVER and then they rush you out. You don’t get the adequate time. Today there was a kid sleeping at the front desk I understand babysitters cancel and you may have to bring your kid but at least let them sit in the back and not sleeping/drooling on the front desk."

"Dr. Bahner is great and my daughter adores him, his staff on the other hand needs to be replaced. Added as of 8/13/2018: Went for my daughter's 15 month check up, there was a sign on the door stating they no longer were operating out of this location. This would have been fine had they called, sent an email or letter; however, NO notice was sent. I have canceled all future appointments and will be looking for a new pediatrician."

"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, did I mention TERRIBLE! I love my provider, however the STAFF.. PISS POOR SERVICE! They're rude, with bad attitudes. Capstone as a WHOLE should be shut down and banned! They hire b*tches from off the street it seems! My first and last appointment here! Did I mention I had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment, and arrived 30 minutes early!"
