"Wanted to recognize the excellent service I received at the Fountains location. I had purchased a pair of shoes which I wore only a few times and hated them. The idea of taking back shoes I had worn gave me anxiety, but I was welcomed and listened to as I complained, and was not scoffed at or treated badly in any way. I was expecting it to be a difficult remedy, but was surprised at how easy Janet made my exchange. I recommend this location, and specifically Janet, as she is kind and caring, and so very genuine."
