Weigel's

"Here we go again! Ok so I buy at least 2 cases of the new fantasy vibe Celsius drinks a week. I crave them. Well unfortunately I had to go to this weigel's because the other weigel's was out of my drinks. There were 4 employees behind the counter and Tim as always was very friendly. He was going to check in the cooler to see how many cases they had. There were a few people behind me in line but again 4 employees were there chatting. When the other register opened finally Tim was going back to the cooler for me. The manager (had no name tag) stopped him and told him to ring up another customer. He apologized to me but the manager with light brown/blonde braided hair said she was in the middle of some paper work smartly. She was the same employee that went to the restroom with some friend that came in and I'm pretty sure did a drug deal. This terrible manager does indeed seem to be on some kind of pills. I know this because I'm in recovery. Bottom line weigel's you need to do better about the people you hire. I mean drug test, and apparently y'all need a customer service training as I don't know if it's just me or not but I'm having a lot of issues with your employees lately."

"The most rude Weigel's employees work here. Especially the man that works in the evenings often. Avoid this store at all cost. Edit: thank you for the response Weigel's. Your stores are my preferred gas station, but this location is often staffed by unfriendly & sometimes rude people. The interaction that prompted my poor review was with a long-time employee that has always been grumbly but never been confrontational like he was on my last visit. I asked to use a coupon that I can use at the store around the corner, then we smacks the computer screen aroud to angrily point at the screen saying "it doesn't work!! See! look! It doesn't work. Had he just said that he didn't want to honor the coupon, I wouldn't have even tried. This man shoukd not be in customer service"

"In my experience, Weigels is always clean, convenient, and safe. This one was great!"

"I come here pretty much every night on my way home. I usually run into the same couple of cashier's. They are always fast and friendly. The lady that's here late night, 10pm-12am usually in particular is wonderful, wish I knew her name. I work down the street and she always asks me how my day was. It's only a couple minutes of conversation but it's nice. Thank you for the added touch, it's very sweet. Great job on the customer service, even when she is bogged down with a huge line by herself, she is still so friendly."

"I went inside to check out their vapor products. I saw a bundle glas device and pod packs on sale combined for $13.99. I asked to get the deal and the lady said they weren't doing the sale anymore and took the sign down from the display. There was a second sign on the front with a "buy a pack get device for $1" sale so I asked for that instead and she came around front, removed the sticker and said no. That lady was extremely rude and would not honor not one, but two different posted sales. I have shopped at different weigles for years and will continue to do so, but I will never return to this dishonest employee and location. Very awful business do not ever go here."
