"I had to take my 5 year old here on 2/20 during the night and never met a staff as nice and caring as this staff. They brought my daughter things that she needed like a warm blanket and socks and I didn’t even have to ask. They went the extra mile to make sure both her and I were comfortable."

"This place was amazing when none of the other Emergency Rooms could figure out what was wrong with my daughter. My daughter also spent a 127 days in their nicu and they were amazing."

"The waiting room was very small and crowded. The staff was nice and supportive, however our nurse misinformed us on medication use. On top of that our Doctor had sent samples to the lab that were to be processed in 1-2 days. We left the ER and waited for results. After multiple calls from the pediatrician office to the hospital we were informed the lab lost the samples and never told anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable, if the samples were lost the patient/parents need to be informed immediately to give another sample to run another test. We will never go back to this ER and will always be going to Vanderbilt in the midst of an emergency."

"We had to take our child in for a laceration on her chin requiring 4 stitches. When we arrived at the ER, the waiting area was bright and clean. The front desk receptionist took a few details and immediately got us back to a room. We waited only a few minutes in the room before nurses and doctor came in. The nurse had so much patience with my special needs niece and everyone was so kind and understanding of her anxiety. Getting stitches is scary but the nurses and doctor did everything in their power to make her comfortable. This was the best ER experience I've ever had and will be using Centennial Pediatric ER from now on!"

Dr. Crossman and the nursing team practiced an emotional intelligence and kindness we haven’t see before in our health care experiences for our little girl. Far better experience than Vanderbilt. Plus you’re in and out a lot quicker with much friendlier staff."
