He helped us find a pair of shoe we really liked at a different store, ( this location didn't have the size we needed) unfortunately when we got the shoe the next day the shoe didn't fit. We tried to calling a different store to ask if they had the size we needed they weren't able to help us out, so we decided to call this location and asked for victor since he had previously helped us the day before. Luckily he was able to find the size we needed yet again! Thank you for your above and beyond customer service!"

"Vans is a good popular brand with a good product. But , Selection at the stores are very limited. Not enough kids , toddler shoes and cloth , or accessories for that matter. Get some more stock, especially for kids. Also, have some real sales for customers. Stop being like Nike, and Disney with the greedy no sale prices."

The lady that helped me was able to find the exact pair that I wanted at a different location and had them put a hold on the last pair.
